How to Print

Log into our public computers using your library card barcode number and PIN or get a guest pass at the Info Desk.

Bring up the document or page you'd like to print.

Select Color or Black and White Printer (Color is $.50 per page, B/W is $.20 per page) and print.

Wait a moment and confirm the charges in the second dialog box.

Go to the print kiosk (the one to the right of the copier), scan your library card barcode or guest pass barcode or put in your barcode number.

Pay at the kiosk. The kiosk takes change and small bills.

Press Print All on the kiosk touch screen. This will release your print.

(you can also pay with card if your print is over $3. If you need to pay by card, see the librarian at the Info Desk)

Print from Personal Device

Print from your smartphone, tablet, or computer

Click "Select file".

Enter your name or library card number.

Click submit.

Go to the pay kiosk in our Adult Computer lab.

Scan your library card or enter your name. This corresponds with the information you entered in the name or library card number field when submitting your document.

Pay at the kiosk and retrieve your print.

How to Copy

Go to the copier near the computer lab.

Put money for the copies in the kiosk next to the copier.

The library charges $.20 per page for black and white pages and $.50 for color pages for copying.

Raise the top of the copier and place your document on the scan bed, flush to the upper left corner.

Select Copy on the touchscreen.

Press the start button on the touchscreen.

You do not need a library card to use the copier.

How to Scan

The library has a scanning station that can scan to email or usb. Scanning to email or usb is free.

Go to the scanning station. It's next to the self-check station in front of the DVDs and Blu-rays.

Tap the touch screen once to wake up the machine, then again to begin.

Select which scanner you'd like to use and where you'd like to send the scan.

Load your document into whichever scanner you selected, then press Scan or Scan Front Side on the screen (unless you're scanning a two-sided document, then select Scan Both Sides)

If emailing the scanned file, enter the email address you'd like to send the file to.

You do not need a library card to use the scanning station.

How to Fax

The library has a scanning station that can scan to fax. Faxing costs $1.00 per page unless faxing to a toll free number (800, 844, 855, 866, 877, & 888).

Go to the scanning station. It's next to the self-check station in front of the DVDs and Blu-rays.

Tap the touch screen once to wake up the machine, then again to begin.

Select which scanner you'd like to use and where you'd like to send the scan.

Load your document into whichever scanner you selected, then press Scan or Scan Front Side on the screen (unless you're scanning a two-sided document, then select Scan Both Sides)

After you scan, you must pay at the kiosk next to the scanning station (unless you're faxing to a toll free number - if this is the case, alert the reference librarian).

If selected Email Confirmation, you will be asked to enter an email before the fax number. This will be whichever email you'd like to send the confirmation notice to.

Enter the fax number and press Next to send the fax.

You do not need a library card to fax.
